CONTRACT NEGOTIATION WITH DOMINION ENERGY
STAG supported contract negotiations with Dominion Energy in Virginia, focusing on the building’s actual energy capacity requirements and the utility’s loading assumptions.
C4A ENERGY RIDER AUDIT
STAG conducted an energy audit in Virginia to support a C4A energy rider exemption based on the customer’s existing energy efficiency projects.
This is a historical project example. Current tariff provisions and exemption requirements require a separate review.
WATER USAGE STUDY IN COMMERCIAL OFFICE BUILDING
STAG’s study of a commercial office building identified an incorrectly positioned bypass valve in an exterior fountain. The finding accounted for approximately 200,000 gallons of unnecessary water use per year.
